PALM Plantain Tincture

Plantain tincture can be used soothe coughs, ease bronchitis, and improve digestive health. Plantain is antispasmodic, which means it can ease coughing. It is also has known anti-inflammatory properties which aid to reduce mucous and ease bowel issues. Plantain tincture can even be used topically to clean and heal minor abrasions and burns.

• Oral dosage: 1-2 dropperfuls up to 3 times daily or as needed.
